First off yes the coolant is lower than the cold fill line, but as you can kind of see in photo #1 it’s Orange tinted fluid. I always assumed 7.3l was green mixed 50/50 distilled water. Also what’s up with these wires? Looks a bit sketch. Did this come spiral wrapped red from ford? Hoping to clean it up and make it look nicer. TIA.

What would you pay for something like this? All installed parts have roughly 10k on them, 1 owner original sticker still with vehicle. Looking at it first thing tomorrow morning. What should I look for/be concerned about? TIA, I know to look for leaks, etc.
