For a very long time, it was reported that RDJ turned down the role of Poseidon to play Dr Doom. Poseidon is NOT in The Odyssey. What exactly happened there? Was the role offered incorrect? Was the reporting completely wrong? Did Nolan rewrite the script and remove the Gods entirely considering Zendaya is actually just a Troy citizen beheaded?
