Repot or leave her alone?

I'm new to this particular plant. The one i have is absolutely packed in its pot, so much so that watering is a bit of a chore. I've been wondering if I need to repot. Is this a pretty resilient plant to do this?

What's wrong?

What's going on here? It's currently in lecca/ moss set up as well 80% of my other alocasia.

🤔what to do...

So i finally purchased one of my dream plants. I just got her a few days ago so I'm not gonna do anything just yet but she definitely needs a repot. And I know I'm gonna find the dreaded death net when I get in there. I'm going back and forth with that the best plan is. I would say 50% of my plants are semi hydro including the majority of my anthurium and they've all thrived I'm just a little nervous with this one simply because she was not cheap and the chances of finding another one at the price I did is pretty slim. What do yall think? Should I take the plunge and go semi or stick with a better quality soil set up?

Anyone familiar?

Got this cutting from a patient today. She said yrs ago a friend of hers gave her a rare cutting and since then it's all over her yard. Said she just picks it from one place and puts wherever she wants it to grow. I've never seen this particular one but I love it. Hopefully it makes it for me after being transported in wet paper towels for 12 hrs. I've got it in water for now too see if it will get some good roots. It's low laying almost busy like.

Should I?

So... I'm thinking this is an amazing deal. These are at home depot belive it or not. I left without one yesterday and thought about it non stop all night. Had to go back today and get one. Is this as good a deal as I'm thinking? I usually don't spend alot on plants no matter how much I love them but this is a dream plant that's I've walked away from too many times because they are crazy expensive. What do yall think?

Need advice

What is the best way to save this alo corm? It was doing pretty good. Had it in pon then it lost a decent size leaf and the last one never opened. My plan (I think) is to put it in fluval/perlite but should I leave the leaf and let it do it's thing or remove it? Tbh. I've but had a whole lot of luck with corms and I've tried multiple different ways. Anyway this one is still completely firm i let it sit in water/peroxide for while just in case. Any help is most appreciated!
