Just beat FF7, can someone explain all the Final Fantasy 7 spin offs?

I just beat the og Final Fantasy 7 for the first time (absolutley amazing!) And I just discovered there's a bunch of FF7 media spin offs so now I'm interested in exploring that since I enjoyed FF7.

So I'm wondering what's all included and what's worth experiencing or skipping? And please do release order or the way it's intended to be experienced. Thanks.

How come OoT (gc version) isn't popular on this sub?

Whenever I see discussions about Zelda in this sub, whether that's collecting, gc game recommendations, listing favorite gc games, etc. it's almost always about Twilight Princess or Wind Waker. Never do I see Ocarina of Time mentioned in this sub. Why is that?
