*Someone* got a couple of lines of ballpoint pen (biro) on my white cotton cushion cover.
There's also grey cotton embroidery on the fabric, so I'm wary of cleaning methods that could cause the colour to bleed.
However it's just an IKEA cushion and not old so I'm open to options to try and clean it. I'm in the UK which affects the cleaning products I have access to. Thanks folks!
Referred to Psychiatry UK via RTC, I've done my online forms where it asks how things affect me etc and do I struggle to be organised etc, then I got an email telling me that appointments are available.
I really struggle with decision making and time management, so one challenge is when to pick a slot that I want the appointment, which I can probably work out with a pen and paper.
The other thing is, I need to pick from a list of what seems like 500 doctors, each with what looks like their LinkedIn profile listing their specialties etc. How do I choose? I assumed I'd be allocated someone, how do I know if I want a man or a woman, or what makes one any better or worse for me than any other one?
Any thoughts or advice? That's folks.
