Do LinkedIn webinars work for lead generation in high-ticket consulting?
Hi Sales Experts,
I’m a hands-on consultant with a broad skillset focused on project rescue and integration/transformation programs in manufacturing. Not the actual engineering and subject matter expert, but strong PMO who’s been in many trenches and knows how to keep the machine moving.
My network has basically run dry and finding fitting opportunities has become a challenge. Besides working with agencies and semi-profitable agency work, I tried it with cold outreach. Spoiler: that doesn’t work very well for services that require trust and proof of capability.
Also my domestic market (Germany) is in recession, so I want to market my service internationally.
Nonetheless I have approx 1500 well selected contacts on LinkedIn that more or less fit my ICP.
Recent profile adjustments proved acceptance rate with that group and I get some conversations going, but have a hard time to get leads into calls.
I’d like to cast new leads and potential clients through webinars. I think I got a lot of interesting and helpful insights to share and could imagine this can lead to a respectable pipeline of prospects and eventually clients.
Would be happy if some of you are in the same industry and can share insights on successes, learnings and what i need to know to facilitate and conduct a webinar successfully. Like with everything end-to-end from advertising my webinar to following up. Also if you have some insights, what’s a feasible frequency and content adjustment for holding these webinars regularly.
Thanks in advance.
Feel free to reach out, in case you have questions on why I think certain approaches didn’t work for me. I’m happy to discuss that either.
