Mexico City Advice
Heading to CDMX in July for my 30th birthday trip and trying to decide whether doing both Quintonil and Pujol is worth it if I only have two dinners free in the city.
I already have Quintonil booked/prepaid for my birthday, so that one is locked in. The question is whether my second dinner should also be Pujol, or if I’d have a better overall experience trying something different instead.
For people who’ve done both recently:
• Do they feel distinct enough to justify dedicating both dinner slots to them?
• Is Pujol still a “must do” in 2026, or has the value proposition shifted a bit?
• If you’d skip Pujol, where would you go instead for a more interesting/unique contrast to Quintonil?
Curious what people here would do if you only had two nights in CDMX.
