Mexico City Advice

Heading to CDMX in July for my 30th birthday trip and trying to decide whether doing both Quintonil and Pujol is worth it if I only have two dinners free in the city.

I already have Quintonil booked/prepaid for my birthday, so that one is locked in. The question is whether my second dinner should also be Pujol, or if I’d have a better overall experience trying something different instead.

For people who’ve done both recently:
• Do they feel distinct enough to justify dedicating both dinner slots to them?
• Is Pujol still a “must do” in 2026, or has the value proposition shifted a bit?
• If you’d skip Pujol, where would you go instead for a more interesting/unique contrast to Quintonil?

Curious what people here would do if you only had two nights in CDMX.

Working on booking a trip to CDMX in July for my birthday with my fiancé for a long weekend. I've been doing some research and see posts from last year that the FS has been going through renovations which has caused some noise disturbances. Does anyone know if the renovations are completed?
