Liars and clowns
FedEx is synonymous with "Horrible". If I see FedEx as the shipper, my heart sinks. Here's the latest:
They delivered a package on time Monday. Even a little early. No issues, same driver Anthony.
Then Tuesday comes. I am expecting a package from Florida and this one is also early. You can say bad stuff about their local clown drivers but their ground freight drivers haul the mail. I get a text at 5am my package is out for delivery with the drivers cute little neckbeard photo, and it'll be delivered between 11:25 and 2:45pm. So I open the business doors and begin to work. At 12:00 it's updated to 2:50pm-4:00pm. At 3:00 it's updated to end of day. Meanwhile, I'm watching their tracker and this clown who was just here the day before, drive by 4 times. 4 fing times. I called FedEx as was assured it would be delivered by 5:30. Nope. I called an escalation in, I really hate being lied to (that's all FedEx does remarkable well) and then received a delivery attempted notice with a picture of someone else's bay door. Proving they know it's a business address. Ok. I'm angry. More lies. I called again and WAS ASSURED this would be delivered today. Fine. We will see.
At 4:40am I get the notice again. Out for delivery. This time it's no cute neck bearded Anthony. Just his clown name and by end of day delivery time. At 11 I open all the doors again. This time, at 12:30 Anthony pulls in the business, reverses, and leaves. No package. He's on camera. Same driver. Is this a vendetta now? I call FedEx AGAIN. They ASSURE me that was a different truck. It wasn't. How do I know? Well. All day long, no package. This clown came and left. This is FedEx training at its finest. I've spoken to several supervisors. This last one was so humorous she told me it was escalated at the Carson hub (where all the clowns get into their white, purple and orange clown trucks) and WOULD BE DELIVERED BY 8PM today! I laughed at her and hung up. Sure enough... FedEx send an update that my package is on its way! 8/20 by end of day!
I don't even care anymore FedEx. You need to fold up and let UPS and USPS take the reigns because 91% of people are like me. They see your name as the shipper and their heart sinks.
