what happens to children who are caught viewing child pornography?

obviously (hopefully) an adult who is caught with cp is going to be arrested for life, but what happens to a kid? if they are viewing it of someone in the same age group. it isnt pedophillia since their the same ages but would they still be arrested and/or given punishment? it would have to differ depending on the age of the kid wouldnt it?

would the child just be given minimal punishment while they try to find where the content came from and tracked who made it or would the kid still face punishment for owning illegal content either way.

how do other trans/genderqueer people feel about changing their names?

I've never really liked my original name, not only for the fact its a girls name but also because its just bad in my opinion but i cant see anything else as my name. I dont think it suits me, and most of the my friends tell me it doesnt suit me either but it's still the only thing i think of whenever people mention my name.

there are other names I've liked but I'm so used to my birth name that using another name feels weird or almost as if im acting. I've thrown around some idea's but never really tested them out since it still feels unnatural whenever people call me by anything else, but i also dont like my original name.

i want to keep close to my culture but there arent many gender neutral names, and the few there are just dont fit me. i know many trans people hate their original name and express lots of happiness towards their chosen one but i was wondering if there was anyone else who felt weird or unusual being called by a different name even if they dont particularly like their birth name.
