My 13 year old girl is slowing down a bit. I know I probably should have started her on something sooner, but does anyone have recommendations for glucosamine supplements that helped their doodle?

I have a bunch of hybrids and fairway woods that are still playable, but not worth trying to sell.

Any recommendations on good places to donate?
