26 console here. if your players(more interested in my youth) are picked for national team, can you expect a boost on development? Or is all just bad news like injuries and exhaustion? Thanks.

Im thinking about starting a war with a faction. I have max affinity with them all im thinking of making it so im hated by one. Will this make things interesting and ill be at war like with the sentinels or will it just make shopping more expensive? Thanks
