Old square body Suburban.. need an idea how bad this could be

I’m looking at buying an old suburban since I currently have an old GMC Jimmy and want something slightly bigger. The seller says the frame is solid but the body has some rust. This is the worst of it, which is behind the rear passenger door and the wheel well. Is this just a straight patch? It’s not anything structural, is it?

Edit: the seller has sent me pictures. The rest of the rocker panels and the doors are all fine. This literally is the worst of it.

So this is really odd.. I have an HP 405 G8 mini desktop with an AMD Ryzen 5 PRO 5650GE, 16GB RAM and Radeon graphics. I had Zorin 17.3 installed on it a while back and then unplugged it for probably at least 8 or 9 months. When I plugged it back in, I got an error message stating “no OS found”… Okay, that’s weird, but really didn’t care too much since I wanted to install Zorin 18.

After grabbing my thumb drive I booted up, tested 18 with no issues, then went to install. After the install was complete, I rebooted (I did not get the “remove media and press enter” message) and the os never came up. Just a black screen, then power saving mode. I tried again, no luck. I checked bios settings, all good. I built a new thumb drive with 18.1, same thing. I tried a brand new SSD, same thing.. I then downloaded 17.3 which I already had installed on this computer.. same thing.

What the heck? I then grabbed the latest version of Mint and it installed no problem (although I still did not get the “remove installation media and press enter” message). What could the difference be? Kernel versions? I really want to use Zorin on this thing since I already use it on my laptop and my Wife’s laptop. Mint is fine, but I like consistency.
