Its been in a zipped binder for years, looks to be in good condition for a high rating. Just unsure how to submit this, looks like a base set 2 just sold for 20k

Never played with, but sat in a zipped binder for years. Shined my flashlight on it and nothing pops out as a scratch. Only thing I note is the yellow border thickness around the sides is quite uneven
