I know about mod the gungeon, however from what i've read in one section in the EtG wiki, the software has been hacked and abandoned and is no longer safe to use
20-30 minutes grinding your ass off going through the most god awful, frustrating, bullshit, insufferable, boring survivor rounds imaginable
And then you get the monster round and not only is there a good chance that the server immediately drops heavily in players but also even if you win and don't go through the most stressing, hair pulling experience imaginable that is "having to kill a competent survivor who has some luck" you still killed everyone with little to no difficulty and the round lasted like 2 minutes
20-30 minutes grinding your ass off, 2-3 minutes of "fun" that isn't actually fun
i genuinely have always hated the long form base that recode has had for rounds so much, literally not 1 good thing about it, never has been good and only makes the game painful
Genuinely how did they thought it made sense, why is this still in the game, why am i punished for my minions killing when it's really easy for them to do so

This is literally luffy's most iconic way of starting a fight, shutting up the villain and/or shattering their ego
Buggy: kicked him in the balls
Arlong: same shit as imu
Crocodile: lost quickly, but literally started the fight bu shutting him up and rage baiting him
Enel: brushed all of his "godly" attacks off and gave us one of the most iconic panels in the manga, followed by nothing but pure humbling
Caesar clown: humiliation ritual
This didn't happen to all of the main antagonists sure (kaido, kizaru, katakuri etc), but it's still damn consistent in the series for luffy to start a fight like that, no matter how strong or threatening the villain is.
So why are you guys bitching again? There's a good chance imu puts B2A to luffy in the very next chapter even if he pops G5 lmao.

literally nothing about it is fun whatsoever, there isn't a single positive point about the gameplay whatsoever, the game looks prettier than precode, that's it.
survivor gameplay is sluggish and boring as hell, getting qpoints is painful specially if the map's objectives are dogshit (sewers, ridge, abyss), if the monster has a brain and decides to tunnel you 10/10 times you're dead, doesn't matter how well you play there is basically 0 counterplay you just DIE
And it's funny because monster gameplay also feels like shit, chasing survivors is such an anxiety inducing chore even if you eventually kill them, and if the whole server is competent then you'll just end the match frustrated because you ended up killing 4-5 people while everyone else escaped since you spend so much time just to kill a single competent survivor, don't get me started on how the levelling progress is somehow 10x worse than precode, only getting 1-2 levels from killing 9+ people as Vapor? at level 28? fucking seriously?
Don't get me started on how there isn't a SINGLE server that stays alive for more than 5 minutes, good luck trying to effectively level up your monsters when every single server immediately drops in players in the blink of an eye;
gee, it's almost like everyone is leaving because NO ONE IS WILLING TO PLAY THIS GAME FOR MORE THAN 15 MINUTES AT THE VERY MOST because THE GAMEPLAY IS FUCKING TORTURE.
I know the game released a little while ago but there's no justification for the gameplay being this piss poor after so much testing in the testing place and MONTHS of waiting, bladeninja might """not care about ccu""" but the fact that the game struggles to stay at even 500 active players is a sun bright indicator that THE GAME IS JUST. NOT. GOOD.
You could release pal percy, you can release suitmations, PCX, uncle samsonite and hell you could go through hell to get EVERY SINGLE precode monster that got scrapped back and even after all of that the game will be at 1k ccu in the best possible scenario because the gameplay itself INS'T FUN.
