I saw someone recommend installing some QoL mods before going for a serious campaign. I only have 40 hours but in my normal campaign I already landed on the Mun and orbited Minmus and saw some gameplay footage showing how things can be run more smoothly and I want to start over. This time however I would like to play with some QoL mods, just for a more pleasant experience.
So I have a modded game, previously everything worked, but now when I load a save the game shits itself and I am stuck with an infinite loading screen that I cannot alttab from. I did not change any mods, any plugins, same installation.

Is there a way to kill that motherfucker Pena? He always appears at the most inconvenient spots. I can't even hit him in his car and I surely am not gonna ram him with my precious Satsuma. Like I wouldn't care if he respawns, I will just kill him again. I want revenge for all the times he fucked me up so badly that I ended in a ditch with my car totalled. I have never hated a character from a game this much, like imma mod him into Postal 2 at some point.
Legit, each time I go around 60 I always somehow end up on the side of the road. Right now I have stock Satsuma with the exception of Gobra tires. Should I change the input assistance settings? Or just install something I am missing? I haven't passed the inspection yet so I can only use dirt roads.
I live near a student housing complex and every weekend a group of like 20 people throws a party outside that is so loud I can hear it even with construction headphones on (36 dB noise reduction).
They keep screaming and won't shut up which fucks up my sleep schedule. Police never comes. Any tips?
