Applied for DSP, awaiting JCA

Just wondering if my supporting documents weren’t enough when I submitted my DSP application would they have booked me for my JCA still or would they have asked for the extra information before booking my JCA? I’m booked for my JCA so I was just trying to work out if that means that the evidence I’ve provided is sufficient

If I want to do a mini bulk as a woman what peps are we talking?

Nearing the end of my cut and am considering a bulk once I’ve been at maintenance for abit, I want to minimise fat gain as much as possible though which I know is rough as I’ve tried before.

I’m autistic so I struggle with the whole clean bulk due to being particular with my food needling to have flavour lol

Current Stack:

Ghkcu
BPC-157
TB500
Reta

Any recs would be much appreciated, I’d like a dump truck thank u

Hi all!

I submitted my dsp application about 3 weeks ago due to my ASD ADHD and CPTSD.

I had quite a lot of evidence of treatment I’ve received over the last couple of years and according to my gp, therpist & mental health support worker I meet all criteria so not concerned here.

I was just wondering, they’ve just booked me in for an interview which is in a couple of weeks over the phone I’m assuming this is either the JCA or Sonic phone call?, so I was just wondering after this is done is there a usual timeframe from that point you find out if your application has been approved?

Thank you!

I’m week 3 of Reta low dose 0.25mg as I’m quite lean already but suffer from binge eating disorder, chronic food noice and seeking dopamine from food due to my ADHD. It’s definitely helping with all of that but not enough in terms of appetite suppression. I know some people recommend TIRZ instead however I want to try and stick it out with Reta as I have also read some people say they feel the full effects around 6 weeks. Has anyone experienced a similar situation and then experienced appetite suppression kicking around a month? Or did anyone start at a low dose and up it and then end up finding better appetite suppression?
