Hi everyone,

I’m currently using the Granary feeder for my cat, and while it has solved my biggest problem (my cat no longer wakes me up at 4:30 AM for breakfast), I’m disappointed with how it handles dental kibble.

The kibble technically falls within the specifications, but I’ve noticed: occasional rotor jams, inconsistent portions (sometimes less than expected, sometimes more), which makes it difficult to know how much food my cat actually received overnight.

I noticed that the upcoming Granary 2 claims to support kibble up to 18 mm.

Before I decide whether to return my V1 and wait for the V2, I’d love to hear if anyone here has been able to test it. Has anyone tried the Granary 2 with large kibble? Does it seem noticeably better than the Granary V1?

My mom has an older Petlibro feeder (pre-Granary generation) and it handles the exact same kibble perfectly. I was expecting the Granary to perform as well but alas it doesn’t. I’m curious whether the Granary 2 is actually an improvement.
