Any Filipinos here who took a Master’s in Civil Engineering in Belgium? How difficult is it compared to the Philippines?

I’m currently considering taking a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering in Belgium, and I wanted to hear insights from people who may have gone through a similar experience, especially fellow Filipinos. For context, I graduated Civil Engineering in the Philippines and I’ve been thinking about pursuing further studies abroad (also because a masters degree is required for my career path in Belgium). My mother’s fiance is a Belgian citizen, so moving and settling in Belgium may be more manageable for me.
