
Can't log in university mail other than smartphone due to MS Authenticator
I set up my email with MS Authenticator for the first time on my iPhone, with no problems. When I need to log in to an MS service (e.g. MS Teams), it asks me to enter the code shown on MS Authenticator, i enter it and so far so good. The problem is that this proecss doesn't work on any device other than my phone. Matter of fact when I try to log in to my email on my personal laptop, it tells me to enter the code on MS Authenticator, but there's NEVER any code, and the only options (shown in the photo) both require MS Authenticator. I really don't know what to do. I'd like to avoid submitting a ticket with the university secretary, since they're open 1 hour a week and most of the time they can't solve a single thing
