• Firmware updated this morning.
• Battery state is 90% plus (even 100% when starting).
• Only 12-14 watts reported for charging my cell phone (and chromebook).
• Attempted to reset BMS....
• USB-C (PD) output power actually drops when the River 2 is receiving AC power.
• Using USB-C cable that works just fine when charging from a power brick.

Is the PD port NOT spec compliant (or up to Echoflows claims)? Or is it possible the low wattage reporting is erronous?

The above bullets pretty much cover what I could find on the internet.

EDIT: Getting about 30-32 Watts (same cable) on my chromebook. Low but not horrible. Maybe this is just a compatibility issue with my Samsung cell phone.

Specifically changed my category to be online, because purchase was over $1k.

I see in my activity that the online status is N. Can I appeal or am I SOL. I'm still in my 1st year so online would have paid out 6%.
