I-129F Packet Supporting Document - Sideways. Should I be worried?
Hi everyone,
My fiancé and I are about to mail our I-129F petition, and I just noticed that one of our supporting documents (the U.S. birth certificate copy) was printed sideways (rotated 90°). The entire document is visible, clear, and nothing is cut off—it’s just sideways on the page.
I later read the USCIS filing tips that say copies shouldn’t be “upside down, lopsided, skewed, or distorted,” and now I’m worried.
Unfortunately, we may not be able to reprint it before mailing the packet.
Has anyone submitted a petition with a supporting document printed sideways? Did USCIS have any issues with it, or am I overthinking this?
Any former uscis rep that’s willing to answer this?
Thanks in advance.
K1 Visa as a Filipino in South Korea
I'm currently living in South Korea and my fiance is applying for the visa so it could be processed in the US Embassy here. I'd like to know if anyone else has ever done the K1 visa process in South Korea as I've rarely seen any similar cases and how long did it take for you to get the visa and fly out to the states.
