I am so upset.
I have lived in temporary accommodation for 10 months.
I am now in my place and I ordered a washing machine and an electric cooker and found out I’ve been scammed.
I’m devastated and not coping very well.
My head is saying I do not deserve it and I want to harm the person.
I hate the way I feel and I cried why do people do this. Sorry but I’m feeling unstable.

Today I have such pain in my thumbs they are throbbing.
I still can’t stop picking and biting and it’s agony. I don’t want to do it but I’m constantly feeling my fingers even when I go to bed. Sometimes I can’t sleep through it.
I need to stop but can’t.
