Can a beginner learn to ride on a Meteor 350? (Have Activa & car driving experience)

I have been riding an Activa for the past 6–7 years and know how to drive a manual car, so I have good 2-wheeler balance and understand traffic and clutch concepts. However, I have zero experience riding a manual motorcycle with hand clutch and foot gears.

I'm planning to buy a Royal Enfield Meteor 350 and learn manual riding directly on it.

Is the ~191 kg weight and clutch setup too difficult to manage as a first geared bike? Can someone with my background handle learning straight on a Meteor 350,
