BDO CC REPLACEMENT CARD STILL HAS THE SAME CARD NUMBER, EXPIRY DATE, AND CVV

I recently requested for a replacement card thru BDO's customer service email. The original plan was just to update my mailing address pero naisip ko isabay na rin pag update ng married name ko para isahang process na lang. The process was smooth, the delivery took 2 attempts kasi failed yung first attempt nila kasi hindi pala allowed tumawag ang 2Go sa customers kapag nagdedeliver sila ng card.

Anyway, I just received my card now. Pero I'm a bit hesitant i-activate. It was sealed naman nung dumating. I don't have a doubt na tampered sya. However, I was informed kasi by BDO na the new card will have a new number and CVV as well. The replacement card I have now has the same card number, CVV, and even expiry date. I already reached out to BDO via email again and they just asked for the last 4 digits of the card that I received. Sabi din nila, in transit pa daw yung card ko based sa last confirmation nila and the 2Go website shows it's out for delivery today. I'm just not sure kung hindi lang ba na-update sa website or what.

May same case din po ba dito na yung replacement card nila has the same number, expiry date, and CVV? This is my first time asking for a replacement card kasi prior to expiry. Thanks sa sasagot.
