Suppose gettung ready, I see the time , am already late for work again...
So in thisbcaae how do I let of the thought,negative spiraling that triggered stress, anxiety, overthunking again sending the body into stressed mode for rest time of the day
Sometimes your friends, relatives have gone out leaving you all by yourself the a negative thought comes again sending the body again into stress mode.
So basically
If one needs to live life all by himself, to regain the confident and courageous child he was back then
How to live life by letting go whats not in your control.
How to relive like a child again
How to stop focusing too much on futurw and live in the present.
