Should I tell bride I am expecting?

I’m in my friends wedding in a few weeks. My husband and I found out a few days ago that we are now expecting and I am pregnant! We are super happy. I’ll be 9 weeks by the time the wedding rolls around. I’ve made a few posts about the fact that the lead up to this wedding has been a little challenging. There’s 3 days of events leading up to the actual wedding itself. All of which will include alcohol. I’m one of the maid of honors in this wedding. Should I tell her before? I was thinking of not telling her, but me not drinking at anything will be pretty obvious. I do want her to know as we are best friends and I may need some slight accommodations to the wedding plans. Thoughts ?

Is this schedule asking too much?

Kind of a follow up to my last post. I’m in my friend’s wedding later this year, and it’s continued to be pretty stressful. The joint bachelor/bachelorette trip ended up being just okay, but honestly not great. We all spent way more money than expected and basically covered everything for the bride. It was around a $600 weekend total, and it was only about an hour from home. Now we’re getting into the wedding itself, and I’m struggling with the schedule. The wedding is on Saturday, but the rehearsal is Thursday at 4 p.m., which is right in the middle of the workday. Then on Friday we’re expected to be at the bridal suite at the venue by 4 p.m. again. So realistically, if you want to make both on time, you’re either taking two full days off work or asking to leave early twice, and this is all right before Labor Day weekend. At least for me, that’s really difficult since I already have PTO planned throughout the year. I might be able to get away with leaving early one day, but two days in a row is pushing it. Even if I leave directly from work, the venue is about an hour away, and I’d still need time to shower and change, so I’d probably have to leave work around 2 or 2:30. On top of that, the bridal suite sleeping arrangements don’t really make sense. There are only two full beds and two twin pullout couches. One of the full beds is reserved for the bride, and the rest of the bridal party is expected to split the remaining beds and pullouts. Am I being unreasonable for feeling like these expectations are a bit much?

Joint Bachelor/Bachelorette Trip

Long story short, I’m the maid of honor in my friend’s wedding, which is coming up in a few months. In a few weeks, the couple is having a joint bachelor/bachelorette trip that’s 3 nights and 4 days long. I had honestly never heard of doing a combined trip like this, so I thought it was a little unusual. That said, I want to support my friend and make her happy, so I’m going.
I’m just having a hard time getting excited because I’m married, and we’re all sharing a 3-bedroom Airbnb with 14 people—both guys and girls. Maybe I’m just being a Debbie Downer, but the whole setup feels a little odd to me. Has anyone else done something like this? Is it more common than I think? I’d love to hear your thoughts or any advice.
