I have unformed stool after hpylori treatment. I believe it is the bad bacteria. Is there any solution to eradicate these bacteria along with their biofilms.

It has been 5 months since my h pylori treatment, I still have unformed motions. I suspect that my colon has been repopulated by bad bacteria. Is there any natural solution to eliminate these bad bacteria which have biofilm. And also to kill these bad bacteria naturally?

I had my hpylori treatment in Dec 2025 , I lost almost 22 lbs. After 5 months I still haven't gained weight, has anyone faced similar issues ? I am also below my normal BMI range

I also have an unformed stool but other symptoms are fine , maybe gut disbiosis. how long can it take to go and to gain my weight back.

I doubt if I have something else.

I had Giardiaa and Salmonella in one test I took Metrogyl for 7 days last month and from then I am facing an unformed stool issue.

Anyone who faced the same issue , how did you deal with it ?
