
matcha + earl grey jelly
Matcha: nakamura tokichi: seikan no shiro - 4g + 40ml water
Milk: 150ml low fat milk
Sweetener: 6ml agave
Jelly: steeped 3 bags of earl grey tea in 2/3 cup water for 5 min. Remove the teabags then add 1 packet of gelatin. Add any sweetener of choice. I used allulose.
