[Routine Help] Vacation breakout

Morning:
Cleansing only with water
Moisturizer: Avène Tolérance Control
Sunscreen: SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella (I think my skin might not tolerate this one very well)
Evening:
Cleanser: Balea Med Sensitive
Moisturizer: Avène Tolérance Control
Zinc cream or azulene cream on inflamed spots

Hello, I was on vacation for a week and I'm finally flying home today. Ever since I got here my skin has completely broken out.. I probably reacted badly to something - the sun, heat, water, food, SPF, who knows. Anyway, my skin now looks like the pictures (1-3) and it's getting worse literally hour by hour.
What should I do once I'm back home? Focus on calming my skin down? Or something else?

What should my routine look like now? I definitely wanted to use black tea on the inflamed spots in the evenings, but apart from that I honestly have no idea what to do. The last picture was taken one day before the vacation.

Thank you for any help. I'm desperate and really scared of getting severe acne again.

Sorry for the bad pictures, it honestly looks even more inflamed in real life.

Acne breakout on vacation

I’ve been on vacation since Tuesday and my skin has been getting worse since then. I think the heat, sweat, sunscreen and water here might be irritating my skin. Since Thursday I’ve been getting a lot of clogged pores and breakouts, and some are turning red. I’m still here until Tuesday and would really appreciate any advice on how to calm it down again afterwards. The last picture is from before the vacation.
