I think I’m addicted to artificial intelligence; I’ve become very aware of my own patterns, and it’s hard to realise the mistakes we make, but three weeks ago something clicked in my head and I realised that all the information I had on so many different topics I’m curious about was down to the fact that we have it at the touch of a prompt; hours and hours of research on your own can be done in just four seconds, which is all any AI needs.

Anyway, I reckon that whenever I’ve had harmful routines for one reason or another, I’ve always realised it before ending up in an uncontrollable loop. The same thing happened to me with my mobile for a while, particularly with Instagram, so I switched to a basic mobile to break the habit of using Instagram, and I managed it. I’m going to do the same with ChatGPT.

Hi everyone,

Do you guys experience these strange fluctuations in Biocharge too? I don’t understand it – after an update, Biocharge goes haywire, and I’ve run some tests: I refresh the page every 2–3 minutes and it gives me very different readings. Last week I woke up with a Biocharge reading of 74, and two hours later, the weekly Biocharge summary showed I’d had 51, when I’d clearly seen 74.

I love this smartband for its comfort and functionality, because I like to wear an analogue watch most of the time, but they’re ruining the experience for me day after day; it annoys me that these things happen because I think I have good metrics in principle, I sleep well… I always go to bed very early to get the sleep I need, and yet it doesn’t work. The last week has been a disaster, as you’ll see in the photos.
