How many days should we stay in Cairo, Luxor, Aswan and Abu Simbel?
Should we fly to each location or take a luxury boat ride ( Zahra? )?
Is it easy to line up private tours when we are in Egypt through the hotels?
How much can ai expect to spend on a survey, topology, and septic testing and location of new septic tank ( this is for new construction)?

I’m looking for a floor plan for 5,200 sq feet; 2,700 first floor and 2 top second floor. Unfinished basement.
