Found at an estate sale where they didn't group it with the other sterling items

Hi, looking for some input on this. I believe it is a Russkie Samotsvety 960 gilt silver egg with enamel. I know there are some very cheap versions of similar designs but I thought that the craftsmanship actually looks quite good.

Anyone have more information?
