As a new fan, what if any policy is there for rain? Is it like baseball where it delays or postpones games. Or like football where they play in anything (but lightning)?

I have a package coming from MN to RI. A few days ago it said arrived at Providence RI 2 miles from where I live. Then it went to DE and then it went to PA and had not moved in a couple of days.

How long should I wait for it to move before I try to escalate the issue? It’s not an urgent package, really just feeling out the normal turn times when a package gets misdirected. (I wouldn’t be concerned at all except no change in tracking in a while).

So just a heads up to everyone, while you can purchase your typical OTC medicine on board (they have it in a vending machine on Oasis) they CLOSE the vending machine for 11 hours at night. So if you get a headache at 12am you must wait until 10am to purchase Tylenol. Or pay for a medical visit (I went to guest services and was told there was no other option). So bring your own.
