I want to gain weight and muscles I'm way too skinny!!
I'm 20, Height 5'8 weight 50 kg I want to gain weight and muscles so that I can look good in the clothes I would wear. I don't I eat so much but still stuck at 50 kgs and look absolutely skinny like the size of my shoulders and biceps are exactly the same. If anyone provides a good budget friendly diet or supplements and exercises that I can do at home it will be very helpful.

Is gamcha sufficient to prevent tanning
Guys tell me is gamcha sufficient to prevent tanning? I know ChatGPT and google would tell it won't block uv rays completely but is it completely true? Like we only apply sunscreen to face, We go out with just clothes on our body and it doesn't tan (I think).
What do you think and if there are any other better options then gamcha because sunscreen costs too much also any good budget friendly sunscrees suggestions!!
