I want to have an honest conversation about this because I feel like there's a lot of just keep posting and trust the process advice out there and I'm not sure I buy it anymore

I've been running my store for 3 years. I post consistently 4-5 times a week on Instagram, a bit on TikTok, occasional Facebook. my engagement is okay. I have about 6k followers across platforms. but when I actually look at my analytics and try to trace revenue back to organic social, the numbers are... not great

my paid ads convert. my email list converts. organic social? I genuinely cannot tell if it's doing anything or if it's just brand awareness that I'm attributing sales to anyway because I want to feel like it's worth it

is organic social actually driving sales for you or mostly just engagement that doesn't convert? is there a follower count / posting frequency threshold where it starts to actually make a difference? is the play in 2026 just to use organic as a top-of-funnel trust builder and not expect direct conversions at all

Hey guys, I am still pretty new on the IT side of things after my internship at this workplace, up till now still trying to wrap my head around the experience.

I checked our company domain against some breach dumps and found a few employee emails already exposed. I called for and did a quick round of training for them about not reusing work emails/passwords outside work, but honestly it doesn’t seem to stick with the team… I’m still seeing new stuff pop up when I do routine checks and trackings.

Feels like I’m constantly reacting instead of actually getting ahead of it.

What’s the usual approach here? Are you guys using specific tools to track this kind of thing or just tightening internal controls? I did come across monitoring tools like Breach by OffSeq, DarkIQ, Kaduu etc and a couple other options while searching, but I'm not sure of what is worth using. And maybe to
