My applications have been stuck in Hiring Manager Review for over a month now. I've applied for around 80 roles, and not a single application has moved beyond this status. Every new application I submit also goes directly into Hiring Manager Review.

I've already raised a support request but haven't received a response yet.

Does anyone know how long the review process usually takes or when I can expect any updates? If anyone has been through the same process or has any information about how it works, I'd really appreciate your help. Thank you!

I received an invitation for this role and applied shortly afterward. My application has been showing "Under Review" for quite some time now.
