Been on Shopify Email since we started because it was free and easy to stick with. We're at about 2,400 subscribers now sending one campaign a week plus an abandoned cart flow.

Klaviyo quoted me around $60/month at our list size which isn't nothing but it also isn't outrageous if the extra features actually make a difference.

For anyone who switched from Shopify Email to Klaviyo around this size:

• Did the automation and flows noticeably outperform Shopify Email?
• Were there features you ended up using that made the cost worth it?
• Has anyone switched and then gone back to Shopify Email?

I'm trying to figure out whether I'm paying for better results or mostly a nicer interface.
