For a long time I thought the Xbox Adaptive Joystick is only useable with the Xbox Adaptive Controller but no, you can plug it into the USB port. Map the buttons the way you like and play Cosy games, Side scroller, Card and puzzle games, Hidden object games etc. almost every game where no right stick is needed. And you got your other hand free for other things. (Drinks, Snacks, pet your loved one... etc.) And the best thing is it cost 1/3 of a normal controller, only 20€. I really recommend it.
