I've been assaulted by passengers twice this week and it's only Tuesday: a rage quit manifesto

Okay fine it's a short stupid post.

I actually made police reports this time around because you guys gave me shit for not doing that, and I lost hours of work for no result just like I told y'all because nothing will be done.

When I start my new job I'm quitting this shit. The new one is only part time but I'll figure something else out. I'm done getting my breasts grabbed (Sunday), getting punched (today), and being called a fat ugly bitch (every day of my life) for below minimum wage. I'm done destroying my car, having my body violated, and being called everything but a child of god. I'm done! Fuck these people and fuck this exploitative platform.

Giving yourself a shot

Hi everyone, after a lot of research and getting up to 300 pounds in the meantime (I'm tall but not THAT tall) I think I'm gonna pull the trigger on compounded tirzepatide. I'm thinking of going with AltRx but let me know if they're actually sketchy or there's a better deal anywhere else!

The one problem remaining is I have this weird mental block against being able to cut or stick my skin. In the past I've not been able to do medical self-tests because I couldn't do my own finger stick for the blood drops.

I am not afraid of needles/shots and I don't think shots hurt very much when I get them, but I just can't make myself do it to my own body. I go to do it and my hand just stops. Has anyone overcome a block like this? How did you do it?

At the moment I live with a roommate who is on a GLP-1 herself and would probably inject me if I asked, but realistically I need to be able to do it myself.

After years of struggling to get out of gig work in an economy that's fucked sideways, I got another job. It's just a part-time retail gig so I'll still have to do some Lyft, but significantly less.

I'm extremely relieved to have another form of income and a guaranteed hourly wage somewhere, even if I can't completely quit Lyft yet. Between the new fee fuckery and these gas prices I wasn't going to make it much longer.

Los Angeles metro drivers, if you could only drive 4 consecutive hours a day from now on, which ones would you choose?
