Please, I can't handle another mission on that godforsaken planet

This is mainly just a list of my thoughts on what could be happening with this update, because something doesn't seem right.

Everything feels to easy and some dots haven't been connected, so this is my theories on what is brewing for this update.

1. The DSS, it had to leave the void because the gloom resistant polymer was acting weird while mixing with the void. What if the DSS has already been infiltrated either by the Illuminate, or the Terminids, hence the rumors of tapping and knocking heard on the station.

What if the illuminate wanted us in the void as to get control of the DSS and use it to attack SE controlled planets?

1.5) It could be the Terminids on the DSS possibly because the gloom resistant coating didn't actually stop spores from sticking, it just stopped them from entering and damaging the DSS directly.

2. This second theory is kind of a support for the first. It just seems to easy, 6 days (5 at the time of posting) to capture a planet with a low resistance rate? Why aren't the illuminate defending the source of the void? Unless it isn't the source of the void, they have the Vote Snatchers and Mindless Masses subfactions on the Void Source planet, why would the invasion fleet (their main force) not be on their most valuable planet? Because they are preparing for something, something like another Assault or the capture of the DSS

3)Why hasn't the loading screen changed to the Devoid of Liberty imagery yet? Because I bet the full image will have a major reveal. Maybe it will show all 3 enemy factions surrounding us, this fits with my Terminid theory in 1.5. We've seen the other factions play into the Illuminate's hands before with Meridia and it being turned into a black hole that the illuminate were able to come through. So what if the illuminate are playing the long game and leading us on? And the big reveal will be with the end of the capturing of the Void Source Planet and the reveal of the Devoid of Liberty loading screen

4. In the Battle for the Gateway Planet deep dive, we saw the fourth image. This shows what is most likely a developer exclusive galactic map, but I want to focus on Super Earth itself and the sectors surrounding it.

On SE we can clearly see what looks like a mix of the Illuminate and Automaton colours, possibly meaning that war fronts with multiple factions is possible. Maybe this update is when they will reveal it, this links to theory 1.5 and 3. Maybe the terminids will take over the DSS as pawns for the Illuminate and will introduce us to our first battlefield with multiple factions

SIMPLIFIED) What I'd the Illuminate are using the other factions as pawns to attack Super Earth, and with our attack on the void we are falling into a trap that will lead to either the destruction of the DSS and/or war fronts woth multiple factions?

Sorry for the massive blocks of texts, but something just isn't adding up with this update and I feel like something big is coming.
