How do we revitalize the rust belt without gentrifying it?

It's pretty clear that the key to victory for the left in the United States relies on revitalizing the Rust Belt and prevent Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Michigan from becoming Republican states. Philadelphia, Detroit and Milwaukee especially need to be revitalized and attract new residents, but that comes with the risk of gentrifying these cities and displacing long-term residents. This is a priority for the next Democrat president because we need Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Michigan to be solid blue again in order to defeat MAGA once and for all. How do we accomplish this?

Today is V-E day. On this day 81 years ago, the scourge of Fascism and Nazism was stamped out under the combined might of the Allies. We must make sure the lessons of WW2 are remembered even when all those alive to see it have passed away.

I already played all the star force games on DS, so on the legacy collection I want to play a different version from the one I played on DS. I played Leo, Ninja and Black Ace and now I want to try Pegasus or Dragon, Zerker or Saurian and Red Joker. Which of those versions should I play

Now that the Supreme Court has gutted the voting rights act as feared, it's become a race to the bottom. Blue states are going to gerrymander their maps in favor of democrats and red states are gerrymandering their maps in favor of republicans. When the dust settles, who will come out on top? At this point I'm concerned that republicans will just win future elections by cheating. If we get a trifecta in 2028 we need a national gerrymandering ban.

Can the MAGA movement survive once Trump finishes his second term? Will JD Vance pick up the torch and continue from where Trump left off, or will the MAGA movement end with Trump's second term? l obviously hope MAGA dies with Trump, but that seems naïve. On the other hand the cult of personality the right has built around this man is immense.

I feel quite depressed because even when we have a democrat president, we can't do basic things like lift the Cuba Embargo, recognize a Palestinian state, or even get universal healthcare. Imperialism continues whether it's a president from the blue team or the red team. In response to this, a lot of people have given up on electoral politics together and joined groups like the PSL which advocate for revolution, but that honestly seems like a fantasy to me, I can't imagine the PSL ever actually succeeding and establishing a marxist-leninist government in the US. Also, I don't want to see an authoritarian regime in the United States even from the left. Pushing socdem/demsoc candidates like AOC and Bernie seems like the best strategy to make the changes we need, but I'm honestly having a hard time seeing even that succeeding. I'm tempted to give in to despair. I've directly called out two congressman for imperialism and I have a list of reforms I'd like to see the U.S. make. No more CIA coups, no more wars, (Trump is threatening to invade Cuba and Iran), no more Cuba Embargo, no more war on drugs and recognize Palestine on 1967 borders.

I heard that Washington D.C. was made the capital of the U.S. and moved from Philadelphia because they wanted a more central location that would signal balance between slave states and free states. Is that the whole story or is there more to it than that? Honestly I would have preferred if Philadelphia stayed the capital because it would have prevented a lot of the urban decay we see in Philadelphia in modern times.
