PC starts lagging and freezing before restarting every few weeks. Anyone know how I could possibly fix?

It seems like it might be the wifi card but I am not 100% sure. But since it's the wifi card, I a m not sure why it is making my entire computer lag, freeze, and restart.

It is still under warranty but then I'd be without my PC until they can either fix or replace it.
