Saw some posts about this on Twitter (I know I know) and Tumblr (woof) but I went hunting for more Loustat content and found takes that made me sad. My little Loustat heart needs another perspective so hear I am. I felt Louis’s love for Lestat in those first 3 episodes. Even though Louis was mad at Lestat and even though he and Lestat weren’t together any more, you could feel his love for Lestat. And yes Louis had more time to process and Lestat’s anger is fresher, but Lestat’s love for Louis is just not coming through this season. He doesn’t even seem to miss him all that much! Maybe he doesn’t even love him the way Louis (who everyone says makes everything about himself) thought he loved him 👀 I thought we were going to get a Dream du Lac this season????. I know I’m being impatient but we’re almost halfway through the season and I’m not even getting a hint of love from Lestat. Nicki all day, all the ways and always, but alas nothing for Louis. Ahhh a bad bitch is spiraling! Help!
