Tech issues are not my fault

I started a new wfh job 2 weeks ago and ive had nothing but problems with the new computer. The company was bought out so this new training class has all new systems are there are tech issues galore. I cannot open my citrix to complete any work, im insanely behind and I just got told that my internet is a problem.

I can assure you its not, ive gotten new equipment, restarted my internet countless times, called customer service on multiple occasions but through it all....my wifi and my hardwired personal PC work great. I have no issues with internet on any device except for my work computer. How in the hell is this my fault.

Its like they're pushing me to quit.

Understanding the condition

I need some help understanding my situation. My dad has chronic Hypoglycemia where his blood sugar is always dropping suddenly and stays constantly low. 70 or below. He is never too high anymore

He claims that he is not diabetic because, from what we know, diabetes is typically characterized by insulin resistance where cells are not taking in the insulin that lowers the blood sugar. Leading to heightened BS levels.

I've real about chronic Hypoglycemia and it keeps referencing diabetic as being a possible cause but im confused.

Is he possibly diabetic or just has a crappy time raising his blood sugar?

His doctor diagnosed him as pre-diabetic a few years ago but doesn't take any medications for it. He doesn't believe he is diabetic at all and I dont know if he is or not since I was raised to believe Diabetes was linked to high blood sugar levels.

Hello, I am interested in switching to a vegetarian diet. Mostly for health reasons but for moral reasons too. Lets be honest, it would also save me money at the store without meat. I have long tried to be as sustainable as possible in my life but I live in the south and there are no bulk bins around me or even a recycling plant. (If I need to recycle I have to bring my things 2 towns over. I feel like the gas required to do that kinda negates the purpose.)

I feel like one thing I can manage though is to try cutting out meat from my diet. I want to start of with a few meals a week without meat and progress but here's my problem...

My parents live with me and im their caregiver. My dad is very much a meat and potatoes southern guy, he doesn't even like when I change up the meals. Now I do force him to try new things once in a while (he almost always hates it but I kinda dont care)

I would like to go Meatless but my dad is firmly against it and my mom is uncomfortable with it. I make the meals in the house and I feel like it would be difficult to make 2 meals every night- one sans meat.

My question is, any advice? Should I just sneak Meatless meals on him? Make 2 meals? Does anyone have good recipes that would trick people lol, any beginner friendly switches we could try out?

The man's arteries are clogged worse than a taco bell bathrooms. I would like to get him to like Meatless meals too.
