Any way of making OpenRun Pro 2 more snug fitting?

I bought a pair of these from Shokz during the Prime sale. I have 95% hearing loss in my left ear and so needed bone conduction to be able to hear things but the only problem is the left side earpiece doesn't sit against my head and can wobble if I move, making them impractical for me and similar in sound to using normal headphones.

Is there any way of making these a bit tighter so they're snug against my head? I can press them against my head and they work just fine. I'm using these for casual use, also as a temporary measure whilst I find out if I can get a bone conduction hearing device, and would just like to start hearing again on my left side whilst being hands free at the same time.

Help finding parts for my 6 year old son's car.

My son recently bought this RC car from a charity shop because it was bigger than his toy monster truck however he doesn't know that it's an RC car. I want to buy the missing parts needed as it didn't come with a battery nor a receiver and I'm hoping to gift it to him for his birthday as it'll be an upgrade to his Lightning McQueen RC car that he currently has.

I've had a look at the number printed on the bottom [4500023259(25/07/20)] and have had no luck, looking for Hyper RC cars also doesn't give me any hope in finding what particular model this is.

Would any receiver work for this? I just know he's going to be stoked as even I haven't had an RC car with suspension before.
