Do you guys disable updates? Is there a setting for that? Updating breaks Ghub 100% of the time.

I know many people hate Ghub, I love it. But there's no application I've ever downloaded that gives me more issues. Everytime I get an update I have to delete the application and redowload it. I'm just reinstalling it right now, and realized I should look for the disable updates setting.
