When a WM order is supposed to be shipped, but instead becomes a delvery item, are you guys getting screwed out of tips? There is no option to tip when I make the order.

I have something coming today (lallegedly) and I'm going to try to catch the driver to give a cash tip.

I don't like the idea that you might be getting screwed out of a tip. Also I don't like the idea tha my stuff might not be delivered if you see there is no tip.

Is anyone actually working on this? I haven't seen anything about it really, and there is nothing about it in project info section in the "community". The pay scheme is really sketchy; 2/3 of the pay is tied to a nebulous "quality incentive" that is not even awarded until a couple of weeks after completing a task, according to "support". It wants high quality, PhD level expertise, for which it is willing to pay me less than $20/hour, not including the sketchy quality incentive.
