I was going for baguettes for a ham and brie sandwich but I changed the recipe a bit and my bread turned out more like an Italian loaf than a baguette. A ham and brie didn't seem right, so dinner became a ham and turkey with a slab of fried mozzarella, mayo, mustard, and pickles on the toasted homemade roll. It turned out pretty dang good.

I made a smash-ish burger. The plan was to use the flat top but I was out of fuel, so I moved to the cast iron on the stovetop. Couldn't quite get a full smash on them, but they still tasted amazing.

A little burger sauce on a toasted bottom bun, shredded iceberg, smash-ish patties with American cheese, pickles, and a toasted top bun. Just a good classic burger.
