- Should I get brush tips or round tips?

I'm looking towards painting me and my friends' tcg card binders and I've been recommended a marker set, specifically posca, which is way out of my budget range.

I was hoping to ask for thoughts on the acrylic markers from Seamiart and Deli. If not that, any other recommendations for budget friendly acrylic markers.
