Hi people of Seattle! Are there any outdoor all ages electronic music shows taking place this summer? Aside from certain acts at Bumbershoot, I am seeing many other outdoor EDM shows are either 21 or 18 plus (like Daytrip at Gasworks). The outdoor shows that are all ages seem to skew toward indie/rock (like ZooTunes, Marymoor, etc). Would love to dance to some beats with the kiddo under the sun this summer!
About 2 weeks ago, I stopped pumping and only BF in the morning and night. I had no trouble falling asleep at bedtime, but found myself waking up after only a couple of hours of sleep. As I’ve continued to wean and dry up my supply my insomnia has persisted. I am not waking up with anxious thoughts about my baby or anything in particular, just general restlessness and feeling wide awake. I tried Trazadone (rx from doctor), melatonin, and CBD for a few nights each but none are doing the trick. Has anyone else experienced insomnia while weaning? If so, what helped, if anything? How long did it last?
